Anyone who has been rafting is most likely accustomed to the old vans, old buses, mismatched rafts, life jackets, helmets, and paddles that have long been associated with the industry. As a Professional Outfitter, we guarantee the finest equipment money can buy. Here at Wahoo’s Adventure’s, we strive to continually update our equipment to meet the current needs and challenges of the whitewater industry. Our fleet of vans and buses are among the finest vehicles of any outfitter in the country. Our river equipment is all state of the art and the benchmark of the industry. A whitewater rafting trip with Wahoo’s also means all matching lifejackets, boats, and paddles. In fact, for the 2009 season, we have brand new life jackets and several additions to our fleet of “state of the art” Hyside inflatables.

The Famous Gourmet Deli Buffet Lunch

Each of our full day guided Whitewater Rafting Trips will be accompanied with the Famous Gourmet Deli Lunch. The all you can eat lunch is the perfect way to break up a beautiful day on the Nolichucky River, Watauga River, or Wilson’s Creek. All you have to do is sit back and relax while our professional guides prepare your meal while wearing chef’s hats, rubber bow-ties, and aprons... It is truly a sight to see!!!! The Deli Buffet consists of choice cuts of Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham, fresh fruit, snacks, and all the fixins. Be sure to leave room for Lilly’s famous homemade deserts. Deserts range from banana nut chocolate drop bread, decadent dark chocolate nut brownies, or the Wahoo’s original Take 5 brownie.
